The business interests of “Raimbek Group” ranges fro production of yoghurts to construction of hyper stores
The company «Raimbek Group» is one of the largest agroindustrial holdings in Republic of Kazakhstan which structure includes some companies occupied by manufacture of foodstuff, and also purchase, processing and realization of agricultural production. The company «Raimbek Group» is established in 1992. Chairman of Board of directors of the company «Raimbek Group» is Batalov Raimbek Anvarovich.
The structure of holding includes the following companies:
• The «Raimbek Agro» LLP is the dairy factory which was put into action in 2001. To the company the certificate of conformity is given out to the international standard ISO 9001:2000. The assortment of production is presented by the ultrapasteurized and concentrated milk, cream, the thermizated yoghurts which are released under the trade mark «Ainalaiyn» (that it is possible to translate from Kazakh as the «favourite»).
• Export soft, durum, and also fodder wheat and barley to the Europe and Russia is carried out by companies «Agromean» and «Raimbek Grain». Now the grain companies of holding own six elevators in basic regions, which sowed the grain. General capacity of elevators makes three hundred fifty thousand tons. Per 1999 the company of one of the first among private grain operators of Kazakhstan has entered in Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA).
• In May, 2004 in China in Urumchi has begun work the kazakhstan modern juice plant of the Raimbek Food (Xinjiang) Co. Ltd. The trade mark of juice production is «Myao Mun’», production is delivered on the local market.
• The basic kind of activity of the trading company of the «Food Trade House» LLP, entering also in holding, is import of drinks and food stuffs on the basis of exclusive contracts with such partners as «GGMW - Georgian Glass and Mineral Water» Georgia, JSC «Chumak» Ukraine, «Dilmah» India, etc.
• The «Raimbek Alco» LLP is the exclusive supplier of elite alcoholic drinks on the market of Kazakhstan with 2000, among the basic partners are «Allied Domecq», «Baccardi-Martini», «Banfi», «Bodegas&Bebidas».
• The «Wholesale club» LLP - a network of supermarkets «Aimar» (the project has been developed with the assistance of «Deloitte&Touche»), being the most dynamically developing retail network in the Central Asia. Now the network totals about 60 shops, monthly 2-3 shops is put into action in various regions of Kazakhstan. In December, 2006 in the Ust’-Kamenogorsk opens the first hypermarket «Arzan». Further since 2007 construction of such hypermarkets in Almaty and in other regional centers of republic is planned.
• The «StroiLogistic» LLP conducts construction and operation of inhabited and administrative objects in Kazakhstan.
• The holding is the partner of the company «Development Solutions» (Moscow), working on the market of the real estate and accompanying projects in the field of the real estate in the Moscow area. Now this company realizes 3 multiformat project on the area over 50 hectares on construction of cottages, a town-houses and low-rise residential constructions.
• JSC «Almatykitap» is one of the largest companies of Kazakhstan in sphere of the book distribution and the publishing activity.
• The new kind of activity of holding is the woodworking industry in cooperation with the enterprises from Russia. The holding is the partner of company «Kazinvest» working in the Russian city of Tomsk, representing the important sector of a timber industry complex of Russia. The consortium of the Kazakhstan investors in which the holding «Raimbek Group» included also, for construction in Tomsk area of pulp-and-paper combine is created also.
