Bahytzhan Abdraimov is appointed to the position of Head of the President’s representative office in the Parliament of RK and dismissed from the position of the Chairman of Judicial Administration under the Supreme Court.

 Yerlik Kenenbaev is appointed to the position of Head of the Department of Law-enforcement and Judicial System of the President’s administration.

 Amirzhan Tusupbekov is appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance.

 Previously A. Tusupbekov occupied the position of the Director of the Finance Department of Astana.

 Dina Shazhenova is dismissed from her position due to her transfer to the Ministry of Economy.

 Yerbol Orynbaev is appointed to the position of Deputy Prime Minister. Previously Y. Orynbaev was the Head of Prime Minister’s chancellery.

 Chingiz Kanapyanov is appointed the Deputy Chairman of agency of RK on managing the activity of financial center in Almaty. Alina Aldambergen occupied that position before.

 Rapil Zhoshybaev is dismissed from the position of the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs due to his transfer to another position.
 Dismissed from the positions: the colonel Marat Zhantimirov, the General Intelligence Agency Chief of RK Defense Ministry, the colonel Yerzhan Kasymhanov, the Deputy Chief of General Headquarter of informatization and communication of RK Air Forces, and the lieutenant colonel Sergei Grigoryev, the Deputy Commander of military unit administrative. Their improper treatment of norms of regulation documents and weak coordination of their subordinates’ activities became the reason for their dismissal.

 Nurali Aliev was elected to the position of Chairman of Board of Directors of JSC Nurbank. Bektas Muhamedzhdanov was also included to the Board of Directors as an Independent Director.

 Alexander Tarakov became the President of the Republican newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya pravda”. A.Yu.Tarakov was born in 1961. He had graduated from the journalism faculty of State University of Kazakhstan. He had worked in the position of Deputy Chief Editor of “Suhbat-Pozisia” bulletin of Central Committee of Kazakhstan Communistic Party. Then he had worked as an observer in “Asia” intergovernmental newspaper. He worked in “Kazakhstanskaya pravda” beginning from 1994. In 1997 he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Editor and in 1998 he worked as First Deputy Chief Editor. Since May 2002, he worked as Vice-president of JSC Republican newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya pravda”.

 The JSC “Alliance Bank” (Kazakhstan) has taken decision to elect Saken Seyfullin and Gyorgy Szelecki as independent directors.

 G. Szelecki being at the same time the Co-owner and the Manager of consulting company “Central and Eastern European Banking Consultants Ltd.”, as independent member of Bank’s Board of Directors will deal with the matters of financial accounting and supervise the cooperation with the outside auditors of the bank.

 The Board of Directors of JSC “Build Investment Group” (Astana) dismissed Aydin Rahimbaev from the position of the Chairman of the Board of Management and appointed Ashata Omarova to this position.

 Sergei Tsoy, the former head of “Algorithm” industrial park in Uralsk (Western Kazakhstan Oblast), was appointed to the position of Director of “Ontustik” free economic zone.

 Umirzak Amet the former Director retired on his own will in September of this year.

 Olga Alesenko is appointed Director of department of relations with investors of “ShalkiyaZinc”.

 There hasn’t been the department of relations with investors in “ShalkiyaZinc” before.

 O. Alesenko has worked as a Director of public relations in the group of AES companies in Kazakhstan before her appointment.
 Andrea Bucekova is appointed new Financial Director of Kazakhstan Developer Chagala Group. Vernon Page has worked in this position before.

 A. Bucekova has worked as Financial Director of Massive Slovakia Company before the mentioned appointment. In different years she has worked in such companies as MediaCom Bratislava, Ogilvy&Mather CEEHQ, O&M Ukraine, O&M Kazakhstan, O&M Croatia, O&M Slovakia, O&M Russia, and also in British-American Tobacco in Slovakia.

 Nurlan Ospanov is appointed Vice President of JSC “Prodkorporasia”. N. Ospanov has been in the position of Financial Director of JSC “Prodkorporasia” before his new appointment. Alexander Solyulev is appointed Prime Vice President of the company. A.A. Solyulev has worked as Vice President in JSC “Prodkorporasia” before his new appointment.

 Kadirzhan Damitov voluntarily and ahead of schedule retired from the membership of Board of Directors of Titanium magnesium industrial complex of Ust-Kamenegorsk due to his appointment to the position of the Chairman of the board of management of “Eptic” National Company.

 The Board of Directors of JSC “Almaty distillery” dismissed Askar Musraliev from the position of the President of the company and appointed Askar Ahmetov to this position.

 Gulbana Pazilhairova is appointed Chairman of board of management of JSC “Ordabasy” with grant of all authority provided for in Charter of the company and existing legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan.

 K.N. Almabekova is appointed Director of Accounting Department - Chief Accountant of JSC “Kazpochta” (Kazakhstan). K.J. Kashkynbaev has worked in this position before.

 Yuriya Sablukova, who has worked as Adviser of Executive Director in the company before, is elected to the position of General Director of corporation by the Board of Directors of JSC “OGK-3”.

 Ivan Blagodir, who has worked as a general director of JSC “OGK-3” before, was nominated for the position of the General director of JSC “Energy System of East” by the Board of Directors of RAO “EES Russia”.

 Yu. S. Sablukov was born in 1957. He has graduated from the industrial technical school of
Ust-Kamenegorsk, the Almata energy Institute, the Almata Institute of Energy and Communication. He was on the probation period in the professional training center of “Ernst and Young” Company in the field of “Finance for the directors”, and also in “Deloitte” academy in the field of “Company risks management”.

From 2005 till 2007- Head of “Volgaenergo” project (“EuroSibEnergo Ltd.”),
From 1997 till 2005 – he worked in the regional structures of AES,

From 2001 till 2004 - Director of JSC “Heat network of Ust-Kamenegorsk”.

 Stephen Oke, the Non-executive Director and the Chairman of Audit Committee of KazakhGold Group (a parent company of JSC “Kazakhaltin mining and smelting concern” of Kazakhstan) tendered his resignation.

 Viktor Hrapunov is dismissed from the position of the Head of Ministry for Emergency Situations. Vladimir Bozhko, who has worked in the position of the Deputy of the Chairman of the Committee for State Security before, is appointed to this position.
