The arduous gigantic process was going on due to the fact that a great number of new people joined and joined the process; they gradually became literally indispensable.
Adilbek Dzhaksybekov, former Akim of the new capital, made a great contribution to its development. That’s the full text of announcement made by the web site. However this citation, taken out of context, have shadowed the true evaluation Dzhaksybekov gives to president Nazarbayev. Here we present his important concluding fragment: ‚This is indeed an outstanding result. It testifies, on the one hand, to his sporting skill, though he plays rarely, and, on the other hand, to his great luck. Because even professionals with many years of practice can hardly achieve such a result. It is exactly this very lucky man who enjoys God’s help is needed in Kazakhstan. This is an important and momentous evaluation of one man with regard to the other.
Moreover, from our point of view, this is an extremely exceptional case when a Kazakh politician evaluates the president; such right to evaluate should be deserved! Finally, we believe that’s a sincere evaluation.
